Vladimiras Kokorevas
Founder & PartnerVladimiras has practised law since 2017, gaining experience in both law firms and international companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania, completed through a double-degree programme conducted in cooperation with Université Savoie Mont Blanc in France.
He advises clients on the establishment and licensing of regulated businesses, provides ongoing legal and regulatory support, and advises on other legal matters relating to business operations and governance, with a particular focus on financial services regulation, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts and corporate law.
Mihkel Kivisalu
Founder & PartnerMihkel is an international lawyer with experience across private practice, in-house legal teams, law firm, public-sector work and dispute resolution in multiple jurisdictions. He graduated cum laude from Tallinn University in 2018 and has worked with regulated and international businesses on commercial, consumer, regulatory and cross-border matters.
He advises clients on commercial contracts, consumer and product law, regulatory matters, disputes and legal operations, with a particular focus on practical implementation, management support and coordinating legal work across business functions and external advisers.
Sintija Siņicka
Associate PartnerSintija Siņicka is an experienced corporate lawyer with 19 years of legal experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Latvia and advises on Latvian and EU business law, combining legal strategy with the commercial objectives of the business.
Her experience includes joining international companies as their first Head of Legal and building legal departments from the ground up, as well as advising business leaders and international investors across Latvia and the European Union. Her practice covers fintech, banking, real estate, immigration, licensing, commercial contracts and dispute resolution. She also has experience managing business investment projects and EU-funded ALTUM building-renovation programmes in Latvia.
